The Alnico 4 “Arena 70” humbucker is a tribute to all those legendary rock / hard bands from the 70’s and the crowded stadiums they filled back then. This set of two pickups is calibrated to both play with finesse and subtlety thanks to a dynamic and open neck pickup. It has a less pronounced vintage character than the “Custom Bucker” or “Delta Roots” which takes us into Blues territory. The bridge pickup gives it enough power and treble to push your amp to its limits. He likes the heated lamps and the loudspeaker on the verge of cracking, as our idols of that time played. The mids dominate with finesse and give that vintage tone, while the treble and bass are slightly behind in the background makes a balanced Vintage pickup. This Alnico 4 “Arena 70” humbucker will accompany you perfectly to play from Blues to the very fleshy Hard Rock while passing by the Classic Rock and the Rock.

The impact of the coating on the sound is marginal, or even nonexistent.
