This is exactly what EVH did among the many experiments and innovations that we owe to it. And that’s what I’m offering you here. The result is a powerful, woody and meaty microphone ready to make your head roar 5150 :) So much for the bridge pickup. For the neck the recipe is more composed of a very meaty PAF type microphone equipped with an Alnico 5 magnet. The result makes it a set at ease in all styles of modern rock, from the end of the 70s to early 90s metal to 80s heavy.

  • Set of 2 microphones or neck pickup or bridge pickup
  • Alnico 5 Magnets
  • 14.5kOhms bridge, 8.3kOhms neck
  • Baseplate short legs, or long legs or flat for live mount mounting (screwing into wood without mic surround)
  • Double row of screws Nickel, gold, black, hexa nickel, hexa chrome or hexa black
  • Cover with two rows of holes, traditional, without hole, open with top or radiator with top, Nickel/Silver, Nickel plated, chrome plated, pearl chrome, black chrome, gold, matt black or raw nickel silver
  • Spacing of screws and studs 50mm for the neck and 52mm for the bridge (52.8mm on request)
  • Supplied with 2 mounting screws and 2 springs per pickup
  • 4-conductor cable + ground or other options
