Technical Specifications of the P90 Pickups

The P90 pickup is distinguished by its unique construction: wider than a traditional single-coil, it uses two bar magnets positioned beneath the magnetic poles. This configuration generates a broader magnetic field, capturing more string vibrations. With an impedance typically between 7 and 9 kΩ, the P90 delivers an output level intermediate between a classic single-coil and a humbucker.

The P90 pickups feature approximately 10,000 copper wire windings, providing a balanced frequency response with pronounced mids and crystal-clear highs. Available in soap bar (original shape) or dog ear (with side mounting brackets) versions, these pickups are suitable for a variety of guitar configurations.
