Joe Duplantier, leader and guitarist of Gojira, is known for his unique approach to progressive metal. His signature sound is based on a perfect balance between raw power and exceptional clarity. Our pickups is directly inspired by this sonic philosophy, favoring pronounced midrange with preserved dynamics, even at high gain.
