It's an original pickup for this format that kicks things off: discover now and exclusively at Cecca Guitars, the adaptation of our Heritage Charlie to the format invented by Ray Butts in 1954.
The FilterTron format is definitely one of the classiest, giving a real character to an instrument. Choosing a Filter Charlie adds an extra touch of originality. Original in its sound, perfectly suited to archtop, semi-hollow, and solid-body guitars. It's also original in its look, unique with its rail that disappears under the ears of the cover. Originality and class, no less 😉
This is a vintage-style pickup set, warm and organic with a unique character. It is available with a pickup surround only (surround not included, available upon request). Direct mounting into the wood, with screws in the pickup, is not possible with a single coil.
