Magnets for electric guitar pickups

While the type of magnet (ceramic, Alnico, Neodymium) greatly influences the sound of a pickup, the quality of the pickup itself is equally important.
The magnets we offer are "rough cast," meaning they come straight from the oven. They are not polished after firing to achieve their final dimensions. The manufacturing method, the quality of the materials, and the firing process are paramount in obtaining a high-quality magnet and, consequently, a high-quality pickup.
The Alnico magnets we offer are the same ones we use in the manufacture of our pickups. We guarantee the grade of the Alnico magnets we offer. The magnetization values ​​are tested for each Alnico grade we provide.

Different grades for different sounds

Choose Alnico 2, 3, or 4 magnets for making pickups with vintage tones. Magnets 5, 6, 8, and 9 are better suited for modern sounds.
